Bill was born in Philadelphia and at an early age realized that he was very adept at games of skill. His first passion resulted in him playing pool professionally. He has experienced great success bowling, playing golf and putting his math skills to work in backgammon. But it is at the poker table where Bill has found his real passion. Bill has amassed more than a million in live earnings. In doing so "Big Daddy" has cashes in scores of major tournaments, along with four 1st place finishes. He most impressively took down the $1500 WPT 2008 Borgata event and shortly thereafter followed up with a 1st place finish in the $2000 buy in event at the Wynn Classic. Bill is greatly feared at the table, his reputation being that he fights to win every pot and that he never lets you off the hook easily. Away from the felt Bill is an incredibly humorous and charitable individual making him one of the most liked players on tour. This successful husband, father, friend and businessman is a constant threat to exceed his prior successes and we expect that this year he will surpass his prior WSOP final table by winning a World Series bracelet..
